摘要
关注学生学习投入度,是职业教育高质量发展与人才培养质量提升的内在要求。对"3+4"中职阶段学生学习投入度进行调查,发现"3+4"中职阶段学生学习投入度呈中等偏上水平、学生主动学习与师生互动水平较低、学生对学习投入自评满意度尚可,学生学习投入度在年级、专业、生源上存在显著差异,学生学习收获与环境支持力度密切相关。据此,提出提高"3+4"中职阶段学生学习投入度建议:营造良好班风学风,培养优秀学习习惯;持续优化课程内容,加大师生互动水平;高度重视心理健康,激发积极学习情绪;密切关注特殊群体,全面提高学习投入度。
Focusing on students’learning engagement is an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of vocational education and the improvement of the quality of talent training.A survey was conducted on students’learning engagement in the“3+4”secondary vocational education stage,and it was found that the“3+4”secondary vocational students’learning engagement was at an upper-middle level,the students’active learning and teacher-student interaction levels were low,and the students’learning engagement was low.The self-assessment satisfaction is acceptable.There are significant differences in students’learning engagement in grades,majors,and student sources.Students’learning gains are closely related to environmental support.Based on this,suggestions for improving the learning engagement of“3+4”secondary vocational students are proposed:Creating a good class style and study style and cultivating excellent study habits;continuing to optimize the course contents and increase the level of interaction between teachers and students;attaching great importance to mental health and stimulating positive learning emotions;paying close attention to special groups to comprehensively improve learning engagement.
