摘要
采用CFD方法,以某典型超临界机组为研究对象,研究了不同阀点位置的蒸汽参数变化;对不同顺序阀配汽方式转子受力情况进行了分析对比,确定了最优的顺序阀开启方式;并研究了两类配汽方式下,调节级动叶片所受激振力的不同。所做的工作可以为汽轮机阀门配汽方式的选择提供依据。
Using CFD,the steam parameters were studied under the different valve positions. And the force acting on rotor was analyzed under different sequence valve distribution modes, so the optimal sequence valve opening mode was determined. And a simple comparison on the difference of excitation force acting on the governing stage rotor blades was analyzed under two distribution modes was conducted. The work in this paper is of an important instructive significance on the sequence valve distribution mode.
