摘要
哈尔滨第三发电厂4号机组为哈尔滨汽轮机厂生产的600MW汽轮机,该机组在单阀切顺序阀调节后,发现机组2号瓦的瓦温明显升高,振动也明显增大,严重影响机组的安全运行。为此该厂与哈尔滨工业大学合作对4号机配汽方式进行了改造,本文分析了故障原因,介绍了配汽改造各方案,并对机组运行参数做了比较分析。采用新的顺序阀方案后,在保证安全性的基础上,降低了煤耗量,大大地提高了机组运行的经济性。
The unit 4 of Harbin Third power plant is a 600 MW turbine generator unit made by Harbin Turbine Company. When operating at part load and appying the sequence-valve governing,the temperature of No. 2 bearing is too high,and the vibration of the bearing is severe too. This paper discusses the reason that causes the bearing temperature rising while working at part load and a new multi-valve governing strategy was proposed. The results of field test show that the new multi-valve scheme can decrease the temperature and vibration of No. 2 bearing. The fuel consumption can also decrease. And the economics of the unit can increase,while maintainning the safety.
