摘要
绝大多数火电机组长期运行在部分负荷工况,部分进汽被广泛用于部分负荷工况以避免过多的经济性损失,但往往伴随高压转子稳定性的恶化。若干现场故障和相关研究表明部分进汽不平衡气流力对转子稳定性具有重要的影响。在已有研究基础上,提出了一种新的部分进汽气流力CFD分析方法,在大幅节约计算资源的条件下,相比现有简化算法大幅提高了计算精度,为开展部分进汽转子系统受力的分析研究提供了一个快捷有效的方法。
Almost all the steam turbin units run in off-design work conditions. Partial admission is adopted to avoid unreasonable losses but often reduce stability of high pressure turbine rotor. Many local faults and related research show that the unbalanced fluid forces due to partial admission has great impact on rotor stability. A novel CFD analysis method was presented based on some exists studies. The presented method can save great calculation resources with much higher accuracy than existed simiplification. The work offers a convenient tool for fluid force analyses on partial admission rotor system.
