本文研究了PC/ABS电镀材料设计与电镀性能关系。电镀性能与PC/ABS材料设计密切相关,电镀PC/ABS中PC含量、橡胶含量、粒径和分散性影响了电镀过程的粗化,最终影响了电镀性能。
The paper introduces the relationship between plating PC/ABS material design and plating properties is investigated. The plating properties is closely related to material design. In plating PC/ ABS, PC content, rubber content, rubber size and dispersion effects the etching. These parameters effects the plating properties.
