摘要
目的:比较分析中医辨证分型治疗与西药抗病毒药物治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年6月-2013年6月我院收治的72例单疱病毒性角膜炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用中医辨证分型治疗,实验组采用更昔洛韦滴眼液联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、相关指标及不良反应发生率。结果:分别接受治疗后对照组总有效率为80.56%;实验组总有效率为94.44%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);相比于对照组,实验组眼部刺激状症消失时间、溃疡愈合时间、角膜水肿消失时间及患者痊愈时间显著缩短(P<0.05);对照组不存在任何不良反应,实验组不良反应发生率为5.56%。结论:相比于采用中医辨证分型治疗,采用更昔洛韦滴眼液联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎能明显缩短眼部刺激状症消失时间、溃疡愈合时间、角膜水肿消失时间及患者痊愈时间,其疗效显著,安全性高,值得在临床上进一步推广。
To compare clinical effects of TCM and western antivirals on treating herpes simplex virus keratitis. Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control received TCM in differentiation, and the control received gnciclovir ophthalmic plus levofloxacin eye drops. Clinical efficacy, relevant indicators and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy in two groups were 80.56% and 94.44% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; disappearing time of symptoms, ulcer healing time, disappearing time of corneal edema and recoverying time of patient in the experiment was shorter （P〈0.05）;the rate of side reactions in the experiment was 5.56%while it was 0 in another. Conclusion：Gnciclovir ophthalmic plus levofloxacin eye drops shows better effects, was worthy of application.
