摘要
目的观察更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合氟米龙治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年4月在南通通州睛明眼科医院治疗的90例HSK患者按信封法随机分成两组,各45例。对照组采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶进行治疗,研究组采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合氟米龙进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后视力变化以及复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高,复发率较对照组低;治疗后,研究组视力恢复明显优于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合氟米龙治疗HSK疗效确切,可有效促进患者视力恢复,且复发率较低。
Objective To observe the clinical value of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel combined with fluorometholone in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods A total of 90 patients with HSK in the department of ophthalmology from January 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was given ganciclovir ophthalmic gel,and research group was treated with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and fluorometholone.The curative effects,changes of visual acuity,recurrence were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate of research group was higher,and the recurrence rate of research group was lower;After treatment,the recovery of visual acuity in research group was better than that in control group,and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel combined with fluorometholone in treatment of HSK is effective,it can promote recovery of visual acuity,and have lower recurrence rate.
