摘要
真空断路器关合时真空灭弧室触头熔焊将引起拒分或灭弧室炸裂现象,属于恶性事故。笔者从试验结果出发,提出机构的出力特性与断路器的负载特性匹配问题是真空断路器关合时灭弧室触头熔焊的另一个重要影响因素,分析真空断路器弹簧机构出力特性的影响因素,凸轮轮廓的轨迹和传动机构中四连杆之间的角度严重影响着真空断路器机构的出力特性。通过优化凸轮轮廓的轨迹和传动系统中四连杆之间的角度,使机构的出力特性与断路器的负载特性实现良好匹配,最终解决了断路器关合短路电流时触头熔焊问题。
The contact welding of the vacuum interrupter during closing operation may cause rejecting open operation and even interrupter burst, which belongs to fatal fault. In this paper, based on the experimental results, the match between the mechanism's output characteristics and the load characteristics is a critical influencing factor on the contact welding of the vacuum interrupter during closing operation. The influencing factors on the output characteristics of spring operation mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker are analyzed. The output characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker are crucially affected by the track of cam contour and the angles between four-bar linkage of transmission mechanism. To achieve a good matching of mechanism output characteristics and load characteristics of circuit breaker by optimizing the track of cam contour and the angles between transmission mechanism's four-bar linkage, the problem of the contact welding when circuit breaker making the short circuit current is solved.
