摘要
断路器在电压非零点时分闸,带来了滞留电荷。在中性点直接接地或经消弧线圈接地系统中,合闸时,滞留电荷泄放的直流电压叠加在正弦信号上,易造成一二次不融合。在中性点不接地系统中,合闸时,若系统对地绝缘电阻较大,则影响较小;若系统对地绝缘电阻较小,则影响较大。针对电源TV的不同接线方式,部分采用阻容分压型电压传感器,是解决暂态滞留电荷影响的一种途径;但其设计应符合对地绝缘电阻、时间常数、测量精度等综合要求。
The detention charge will be caused due to opening of circuit breaker at non-zero point voltage. In the neutral point direct earthing system or the system through arc suppression coil, the DC voltage released by the detention charge is superimposed on the sinusoidal signal in closing operation, which is likely to cause primary & secondary nonfusion.While, in the unearthed neutral point system in closing operation, the influence is less if the insulation resistance to earth is higher and vice versa. As for the different wiring modes of power TV, partial adoption of RC dividing voltage sensor is a kind of way to solve the influence of transient detention charge, but its design shall comply with such comprehensive requirements as insulation to earth, time constant and measurement accuracy etc.
