摘要
"双师型"师资队伍建设是制药工程专业应用型高层次人才培养的关键。本文介绍了国外"双师型"教师的培养模式,对国内制药工程专业师资队伍现状进行了分析,并从鼓励前往国外院校进行"双师型"教师进修学习,建立健全国内制药工程"双师型"教师培训体系,充分发挥企业兼职教师在人才培养中的作用,以及完善"双师型"师资队伍建设保障体系等几方面,对制药工程专业"双师型"教师队伍建设的有效途径进行探索。
Construction of the bi -professional teacher team was the key for high level practical pharmaceutical engineering talents cultivation.The bi -professional teachers training modes in foreign countries were introduced , the present situation of pharmaceutical engineering teacher team in our country was analyzed , and the efficient ways to construct bi-professional pharmaceutical engineering teacher team were also investigated from the aspects of encouraging teachers go aboard for bi -professional training , setting up national bi -professional training systems for pharmaceutical engineering teachers , giving fully play of enterprise part -time teachers in the process of talent cultivation , and perfecting the guarantee system for the construction of the bi -professional teacher team , etc..
