摘要
目的通过了解天津市河北区医疗机构消毒质量现况,为加强医疗机构消毒管理工作提供科学依据,预防院内感染的发生。方法依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)和GB 15982-1995(医院消毒卫生标准》,对2008—2013年河北区医疗机构消毒质量进行监测,并将监测数据进行统计分析。结果该区医疗机构消毒质量监测的总合格率为93.53%。6年合格率逐步上升(χ2=70.928,P<0.01),合格率最高的是使用中消毒剂和高压蒸汽灭菌效果的监测,最低的是各类环境空气。三、二和一级医院监测合格率分别为92.67%、96.13%、92.23%(χ2=14.943,P<0.01)。结论该区医疗机构应加强对消毒工作的管理,加强消毒人员的业务培训和消毒制度的落实,监督和疾病控制部门应进一步加强对医疗机构消毒工作的监督、监测工作,加强业务指导和技术培训。
[ Objective] To understand the current status of disinfection quality among all medical institutions in Hebei district, find the existing problems in the disinfection process, provide a scientific basis for strengthening the disinfection management of medical institutions, prevent the incidence of nosocomial infection. [ Methods ] According to the ＂Disinfection Technical Specifications＂ （2002 edition） of Ministry of Health and GB 15982-1995 ＂Hospital Disinfection Hygiene Standards＂, the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Hebei district from 2008-2013 was monitored and the results were analyzed. [ Results] The total qualified rate of disinfection quality among medical institutions was 93.53%. The rates gradually increased in 6 years （χ2 =70. 928, P 〈0.01 ）. The qualified rates of disinfection quality using disinfectants and high-pressure steam sterilization were highest, qualified rates in all types of ambient air were lowest. The qualified rates of third, second and first-class hospitals were 92.67%, 96.13% and 92.23%（χ2 = 14. 943, P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Medical institutions should strengthen the management of disinfection work, business training for disinfection staff and implementing of the disinfection system. Both monitoring department and center for disease control and prevention should further improve the supervision and monitoring of disinfection work in medical institutions and strengthen operational guidance and technical training.
