摘要
目的了解丽水市各类医疗机构消毒质量现况,探讨消毒管理中存在的问题及改进措施。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对丽水市各级各类医疗机构不同消毒对象卫生质量状况及消毒管理情况进行调查与分析。结果从丽水市不同级别医疗机构共采集不同消毒对象标本1 148份,消毒质量平均合格率为89.3%。市直属医院、民营医院、社区(乡镇)医疗机构等消毒质量合格率依次为91.6%、88.4%和84.9%。多数消毒对象的合格率均超过90%,以口腔医疗用水和医院污水卫生质量合格率较低,分别为64.90%和75.0%。结论丽水市三级医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,口腔医疗用水和医院污水处理需要特别加强管理。
Objective To master the situation of medical disinfection in Lishui city,and discuss the problems existing in the disinfection management and improving measures. Methods Field sampling and bacterial quantitative detection were used to investigate and analysis health quality and disinfection management situation of medical institutions at various levels and of different disinfection object in Lishui city. Results 1 148 samples of different disinfection object were gathered from different levels of medical institutions,the average disinfection quality pass rate was 89. 3%. The disinfection qualified rate of hospital directly under the city,private hospital,community（ township） medical institutions were 91. 6%,88. 4% and84. 9% respectively. Most pass rate of disinfection objects were more than 90%,and qualified rate of oral health care and hospital sewage sanitary was low,which was 64. 90% and 75. 0% respectively. Conclusion Disinfection quality of medical institutions in Lishui city are generally good,dental water and wastewater treatment management need to strengthen particularly.
