摘要
建立高效液相色谱法分析新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮。色谱柱为美国(,5 um),甲醇-水(60??40,体积比)洗脱溶剂,流速1 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长282 nm,新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮平均回收率为99.56%,RSD=1.04%(n=5)。结果表明,该方法准确、简单、出峰快,可作为新橙皮苷二氢查尔酮的高效液相色谱新检测方法。
To establish a method for the determination of Neohesperidin Dihydrochalcone by HPLC. The America Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C 18 column (4.6x 150 mm, 5 um) was used with the mobile phase constituted of methanol water (60: 40, volume ration) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. min-1, and the column temperature was 30 ℃, the UV detectionwavelength was 282 nm. The average recovery was 99.56%, RSD=1.04%(n=5). The results showed that, this method isaccurate, simple, rapid, and can be used for new detecting the Neohesperidin Dihydrochalcone by HPLC.
