根皮乙酰苯-4′-β-新橙皮糖苷合成新橙皮苷工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 为拓宽新橙皮苷的来源和充分开发柑橘果实中的黄酮资源,采用根皮乙酰苯-4′-β-新橙皮糖苷(PN)合成新橙皮苷。比较强碱、杂环化合物和氨基酸的催化效果,并考察了反应温度、时间、催化剂用量、酸碱度等因素对新橙皮苷产率的影响。结果表明,四氢吡咯+乙酸、L-脯氨酸和L-高脯氨酸对此反应均具有催化作用,L-脯氨酸是较为理想的催化剂。在料液比(w/v)1∶10,反应时间120 min,催化剂、异香兰素与PN摩尔比为1∶1∶1,反应温度为80℃条件下有最佳产率。还发现不管是增加pH还是降低pH都能提高催化产率,但综合产物纯度、产量等因素认为在生产中降低反应体系的pH更具现实意义。 In order to broaden the source of neohesperidin and fully exploit the flavonoid resources in citrus fruits,neohesperidin was synthesized by phloroacetophenone-4′-β-neohesperidoside(PN).The catalytic effects of strong base,heterocyclic compounds and amino acids were compared.The effects of reaction temperature,time,and amount of catalyst and pH on the yield of neohesperidin were investigated.The results showed that tetrahydropyrrole and acetic acid,L-proline and L-hyperproline had catalytic effect on the reaction,and L-proline was the ideal catalyst.The best yield was obtained at the material-liquid ratio(w/v)of 1∶10,the molar ratio of catalyst,isovanillin and PN of 1∶1∶1,reaction temperature of 80°C and reaction time of 120 min.In addition,it was found that both increasing pH and decreasing pH could improve the yield,but it is more practical to reduce the pH of the reaction system in the production based on the factors of product purity and yield.
