Study on Control Methods of Hollow Stalk of Maryland Tobacco

摘要 为探索适宜湖北省五峰烟区马里兰烟空茎病的防治方法,从移栽方式、药剂施用、施肥配比等多方面开展了马里兰烟空茎病的田间防治试验。结果表明,膜下移栽和井窖式移栽马里兰烟空茎病的病情指数较常规大田移栽分别降低了7.84和9.00,而膜上移栽效果不佳。在参试药剂中,凡士林涂抹、甲基托布津750倍喷雾效果较好,防效分别为82.18%、82.95%,农用链霉素2 000倍喷雾和塞菌铜600倍喷雾效果略差,防效分别为80.02%和79.76%;农用链霉素40倍涂抹防治效果不理想,仅为34.87%。在施纯氮180kg/hm2时,空茎病的病情指数最低,为0.83,此时适宜的氮磷、氮钾配比分别为1∶1、1∶3。在大田生产中,采用膜下移栽和井窖式移栽方式,通过合理施肥,再配合甲基托布津750倍和农用链霉素2 000倍喷雾的化学防治手段,可以达到综合防治马里兰烟空茎病的目的。 In order to find effective preventing methods of Maryland tobacco hollow stalk in Wufeng county,Hubei province,three methods(transplanting mode,pesticide application and fertilizer application)were adopted in the test.The results showed that compared with the conventional field transplanting mode,transplanting young seedlings under film and well-cellar transplanting methods could decrease tobacco hollow stalk disease index by 7.84 and 9.00 independently.The mode of transplanting young seedlings up film had poor controlling effect.Medical test showed that vaseline painting and 750×thiophanate-methyl atomizing had significant controlling effect,with the control efficacies up to 82.18%,82.95%,respectively.The control efficacies of 2 000×streptomycini atomizing and 600×thiodiazole-copper atomizing were 80.02%,79.76%,respectively.But 40×streptomycini painting did not show significant effect,with the control efficacy of only 34.87%.Different fertilizer ratio test showed that the disease index was lowest(0.83)when application amount of N was 180kg/ha,and the suitable ratio of N to P and N to K was 1∶1,1∶3,respectively.By transplanting young seedlings under film or by well-cellar transplanting method,supplying rational and right amount of fertilizer plus chemical control methods of 750×thiophanate-methyl atomizing or 2 000×streptomycini atomizing,Maryland tobacco hollow stalk could be controlled well.
