摘要
目的探讨医患双方对医疗职业风险的认知情况及其对医患关系的影响。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,调查荆州市各级医院医患双方人员对医疗职业风险的认识情况,并进行对比分析。结果医患双方在对看病过程中各种费用问题的认知、对医方生活工作状况的认知情况、对诊治过程中相关问题的认知情况,以及医患关系方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医患双方对医疗职业风险的认知差异是导致医患关系紧张的内因之一。
Objectives To investigate the impact of the degree of cognition of medical professional risk between doctors and patients on the doctor-patient relationship.Methods The cognitive of medical professional risk was in-vestigated by giving the relevant questionnaires to the doctors and patients in hospitals of Jingzhou at all levels using cluster random sampling and the differences of results between doctors and patients were analyzed.Results Signifi-cant differences on the degree of cognition of medical professional risk were observed between doctors and patients in all these respects：all kinds of fees when going to a doctor,the live and work conditions of doctors,relevant issues in course of diagnosis and treatment and doctor-patient relationship （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions The cognitive differ-ences in medical professional risk between doctors and patients is one of the internal cause that lead to the tension of doctor-patient relationship.
