摘要
文章论述了医疗投诉的概念、形成原因和表现形式,分析了医疗投诉能发现医院工作中的问题和患者潜在的需求,是一项重要资源。医院必须畅通投诉渠道,建立和完善投诉体系及机制,充分重视医疗投诉对医院医疗质量的促进作用。
This article introduces the concept, reason and representation, and then address that dealing with medical complaint would find the hospital's disadvantage and perspective demand. Therefore, hospital must develop complaint channel, system and mechanism of medical complaint in order to improve medial quality.
