摘要 随着我国社会经济文化的发展,人们的法律意识和自我保护意识越来越强,加之医患关系的日益紧张,医疗纠纷出现的频率逐渐增大。作为医疗服务的供方,三级医院责无旁贷。院长办公室作为医疗纠纷的协调部门之一,必须掌握相关的处理技巧和接待要素。 With the development of socio-economic and culture and the growing of people's perception on law and self-protection in our country,additionally,the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients makes the frequency medical disputes gradually increasing.As the supply-side,the general hospital is on duty to solve the problems.The president office of hospital is one of the coordination departments of medical disputes,the relevant skills and reception elements must be mastered by the staff.
