摘要 通过测定水华微囊藻(Microcystis flosaquae)细胞密度、叶绿素a、藻胆素质量浓度及SOD活性,研究了不同质量浓度芦苇(Phragmites communis)水浸提液对水华微囊藻的化感抑制作用。结果表明:1)低质量浓度芦苇水浸提液对水华微囊藻生长有促进作用,芦苇水浸提液质量浓度≥20 g/L时对水华微囊藻具有明显抑制作用;2)芦苇水浸提液质量浓度≥20 g/L时,可破坏水华微囊藻的光系统Ⅱ,减少其同化产物,促进叶绿素a的降解,而藻胆素不是主要作用靶点;3)当芦苇水浸提液质量浓度≥20 g/L时,藻细胞受到胁迫,其细胞活性氧的产量增加,抗氧化体系不能及时清除这些活性氧,导致植物细胞内发生过氧化反应,尤其是脂质过氧化反应,破坏细胞内膜系统,使抗氧化体系酶活性降低。 The paper takes it as its target to study the allelopathy of Phragmites communis extracts on Microcystis flosaquae. As is known, water bloom is a kind of the most disturbing environmental pollutants, whereas the allelopathic inhibition of the aquatic plants to the Cyanobacterial bloom has potentially lots of advantages in overcoming the above said water bloom. And, in turn, much attention has been paid by the ecological scientists and researchers to the application of the said advantages of the allelopathic inhibition feature in recent years. It is due to the above reasons that a lot of studies have been done on the allelopathic effects of different concentrations of P. cornmunis extracts on M. flosaquae by means of measuring the cell den- sity, chlorophyll a, phycobilin contents and SOD activity, etc. For the above said purpose, we have done measurements for testing the cell density with the traditional blood counts method while measuring the contents of chlorophyll a and phycobilin by using the lixiviating method. At the same time, we have also used the kit method to test the variations of SOD activity. The results of our experiments show that different concentrations of P. communis extracts tend to reveal various effects on M. flosaquae : ( 1 ) P. communis extracts has stimulation effect on M. flosaquae at lower concentrations. For example, when the mass concentration of P. communis extracts was lower than 20 g/L, M. flosaquae can be made to grow faster than the contrast group. However, when the mass concentration turns to be higher than 20 g/L, a significant inhibition effect can be found on the said M. flosaquae, which implies that the control group may grow better than the experimental group. (2) However, when the mass concentration turns to be higher than 20 g/L, the photosystem Ⅱ of M. flosaquae would like to get destroyed and the assimilation products decreased, which may cause the decline of the content of the chlorophyll a.
