摘要
有害藻华的存在及其形成的水华是水产养殖中亟待解决的问题,利用微藻进行水华的生物防控是养殖水域水质处理的最优选择。文章在实验室条件下,研究了1株栅藻及其胞外代谢产物对3种典型蓝藻水华铜绿微囊藻、水华微囊藻和水华鱼腥藻的抑制作用,并探究了栅藻胞外代谢产物对有害藻叶绿素a含量及细胞表面微观结构的影响。结果显示,栅藻对3种有害藻均有抑制生长的作用,且栅藻的胞外代谢产物对铜绿微囊藻和水华微囊藻的抑制率分别达到了53.8%和44.9%;在栅藻胞外代谢产物作用144 h时,铜绿微囊藻的叶绿素a的含量显著降低,3种有害藻的细胞膜均受到破坏。栅藻对水华有害藻的抑制及其对光合作用及细胞结构的影响为其在水产养殖水华防控和治理中的广泛应用奠定理论基础。
The existence of harmful algal and the resulting blooms are urgent problems to be solved in aquaculture.Microalgae is commonly used in biological control of blooms for water quality treatment in aquaculture waters.This paper studied the inhibitory effects of Scenedesmus sp.and its extracellular metabolites on three typical cyanobacteria Microcystis aeruginosa,Microcystis flos-aquae and Anabaena flos-aquae.The effects of extracellular metabolites on chlorophyll-a content and cell surface microstructure were also investigated.The results showed that the extracellular metabolites of Scenedesmus sp.have obvious inhibitory effects to the three harmful algae,and the inhibition rate to M.aeruginosa and M.aqua reached 53.8%and 44.9%,respectively.The content of chlorophyll-a in M.aeruginosa decreased significantly when the extracellular metabolites were treated for 144 h,and the cell membranes of the three harmful algae were damaged.The inhibition to algal blooms and its effects on photosynthesis and cell structure laid a theoretical foundation for its widespread application in the prevention and control of aquaculture blooms.
