摘要
目的:探讨基本药物制度立法相关问题。方法:对基本药物制度进行法理学分析,阐述基本药物制度的立法重点,提出我国基本药物制度立法框架。结果与结论:国家有关部门应加强对我国基本药物制度的立法工作,并制定具体的配套措施,从根本上提高基本药物制度的执行力。
To discuss some aspects about the Legislation of National Essential Drug System of China. Methods： The legislative value of essential drug system was analyzed from the perspective of jurisprudence, the focal in the essential drug system legislation was discussed and the frame of legislation on essential drug system in China was analyzed. Results ＆amp; Conclusions： Legislation on essential drug system in China should be quickened and relative supporting measures should be also developed to improve the execution of essential drug system.
