摘要
目的对我国不合理用药的因素进行归纳、分析和总结,系统性地提出导致不合理用药的原因。方法借鉴循证医学的思想进行文献研究。结果我国不合理用药的原因可以分为医务人员因素、患方因素、政府因素、医疗机构因素、政策法规因素、宏观环境因素、药物供应系统因素、以“药”养医补偿机制因素、企业因素、药物信息因素、医学教育因素、客观或不可控因素12类,其中最重要的原因有医生专业知识技能有限和受经济利益驱动等。结论应针对以上原因,采取多方面的、科学有效的干预策略和措施,才能切实改善和促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE To conclude, analyze and summarize the factors of irrational use of drugs （IRUM） in China, and advance the reasons resulting in IRUD systematically, METHOD literature review based on the idea of Evidence-based Medicine, RESULTS the reasons of irrational use of drugs can be summed up as twelve factors-medical personnel factor, patient factor, government factor, medical insttitution factor, policy, law and regulation factor, macroscopic environment factor, compensation mechanism factor, enterprise factor, drug information factor, medical education factor, objective or uncontrollable factor, among which the most important reasons are the medical personnel who lack of professional knowledge and skills and motivated by economic interests, etc. CONCLUSION in view of the factors above, multispect, scientific and effective measures should be taken to improve rational use of drugs practically,
