摘要
介绍了热分析技术的一些常用的热分析方法,如热重分析、差热分析、差示扫描量热分析、热机械分析等;以及未来热分析技术的发展趋势,其中包括综合热分析技术的应用和热分析与质谱、傅立叶红外光谱、气相色谱、X衍射分析的联用技术。同时阐述了热分析技术在稀土功能材料中的应用,如对稀土磁性材料居里温度的测量以及对稀土储氢合金相变温度的测量等。
The Application of the thermal analysis technique and some commonly methods were introducd, such as thermogravimetry analysis, differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, thermo-mechanical anal- ysis and so on. The application prospects and future trend of thermal analysis technology were described, including the application of comprehensive thermal analysis technology and the coupled techniques with mass spectrometry, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography and X-ray diffraction. The applications of thermal anal- ysis technology were introduced in rare earth functional material, for example measure the curie temperature of the rare earth magnetic materials and the phase transition temperature of the rare earth hydrogen storage alloys.
