离子型稀土矿矿山废水检测与分析 被引量:12

Measurement and Analysis of Ion-type Rare Earth Mine Wastewater

摘要 从赣州某一离子型稀土矿山的不同区域取了3个废水水样进行研究,采用《水和废水监测分析方法(第四版)》中的方法检测了其氨氮、硝态氮、亚硝态氮浓度、COD以及pH值,采用X射线荧光光谱仪检测了废水所含金属元素种类及大致含量,并采用单道扫描电感耦合等离子体发射光谱检测了废水所含的稀土元素种类及含量。检测发现废水中氨氮浓度严重超标,高达880 mg·L^-1;酸度也高达3.8左右;而硝态氮、亚硝态氮和COD的含量很少甚至为0;钙、镁、铁等金属离子在废水中所占比例较高;废水中还含有较多的镧(La)、钕(Nd)、镨(Pr)、钇(Y)等稀土元素,含量分别为0.70,0.15,0.25,0.14 mg·L^-1左右。对上述检测结果进行分析讨论,结合目前稀土废水处理现状,指出当前探索所遇到的问题以及未来研究的发展趋势,以期为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。 The wastewater samples were taken from three different regions of an ionic rare earth mine in Ganzhou.The concentrations of ammonia,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and the values of COD and pH were measured by the method in"The Monitoring and Analysis Method of Water and Wastewater(Fourth Edition)".The type and content of metal elements and rare earth elements in wastewater were measured by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and single-pass scanning inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,respectively.The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater is found to be as high as 880 mg·L^-1,which was seriously exceeded.And acidity is also as high as 3.8.But the content of nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and COD is rarely.Metal ions such as calcium,magnesium and iron account for a higher proportion of wastewater.The wastewater also contains a large amount of rare earth elements such as lanthanum(La),neodymium(Nd),praseodymium(Pr)and yttrium(Y),and the contents are 0.70,0.15,0.25 and 0.14 mg·L^-1,respectively.Finally,the above test results are analyzed and discussed.Combined with the current status of rare earth wastewater treatment,it is pointed out that the problems encountered in the current exploration and the development trend of future research,in order to provide reference for further research in this field.
