摘要
本文研究了在一般铁基非晶合金Fe-Si-B的基础上添加铬、镍等微量元素形成的多元系非晶合金,经在空气中热处理后的抗氧化性和软磁性能。实验结果表明,随着微量元素铬含量增加,非晶合金的抗氧化性和软磁性能提高。通过X射线衍射实验(XRD)和电化学腐蚀实验(ECC),对其抗氧化性机理进行了初步探讨,发现抗氧化性的增强和良好的磁性是由于铬对非晶合金中晶化相α-FeSi的析出有抑制作用而引起的。在Fe-Si-B-Cr非晶合金的基础上加微量镍,可得到另一种软磁性能较好的Fe-Si-B-Cr-Ni非晶合金。
This paper investigated the amorphous complex alloys which were formed by adding trace elements(Cr, Ni)in Fe-based amorphous alloys Fe-Si-B and revealed excellent antioxidation and soft magnetic properties after annealing in air.The experimental resuIts show that both the oxidation resistance and soft magnetic Properties increase with Cr atomic percentage。 The antioxidation mechanism of Fe-Si-B-Cr amorphous alloys was studied in some details by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electro-chemical corrosion(ECC)experiments, The results indicate that the increase in antioxidatiOn and excellent magnetic properties are caused by the effective restraining effect of Cr on the precipitation of α-FeSi crystalline phases in amorphous alloys.In addition, by adding a trace amount of Ni in Fe-Si-B-Cr amorphous alloys,two kinds of Fe-Si-B-Cr-Ni amorphous al loys with better soft magnetic properties bave been achieved。
