摘要 首先,以Pro/E软件为设计工具,采用自顶向下的现代产品设计理念,使用骨架法对鼠标模型进行数字化设计及装配,从而实现鼠标外观造型和结构的一体化设计;然后,将鼠标各个零部件的三维模型在Pro/E中软件保存为STL格式;最后,使用三维立体打印设备,采用熔融沉积制造工艺(FDM),对鼠标各个零部件的模型进行快速成形,自动、快速、直接和精确地将计算机中鼠标零部件的三维实体设计转化为实物模型。从实物模型中可对所研发的产品外观造型和结构进行改进和优化,提高产品设计和研发效率,缩短设计研发周期,从而节约设计和制造成本。 Based on Pro/E software design tool, by using the downward on the modern product design concept and themethod of skeleton, the mouse model of digital was designed and assembled, so as to realize the integration of the mouse shape and structure design process, after that, 3D model of every parts and components in the mouse in the Pro/E was saved as a STL at last, by using three dimensional printing equipment and fused deposition manufacturing (FDM), rapid prototyping for the mouse model was realiz into physical model was realized. From the and structure were improved and optimized the design development cycle, and save the ed, automatic, rapid, direct and precise computer mouse parts 3D entity design physical model, the research and development of product appearance modeling , which can improve the efficiency of product design and development, shorten cost of design and manufacturing.
