摘要
该文介绍柱面凸轮在数控加工中，使用CAXA制造工程师与VERICUT软件对四轴NC程序进行仿真和效验，及时检查出多轴加工中的干涉及碰撞问题。在实际加工之前及时调整和修改，提高了多轴NC程序的准确性和可靠性。
This paper introduces the cylindrical cam machining in CNC machine tools, by using the software of CAXA ME and VERICUT to simulating and verificating the 4 - axis NC program, the interference and collision problems of multi - axis were checked out, and the NC program was adjusted and modified before actually machi- ning, the multi -axis NC program~ veracity and reliablility were improved.
