摘要
机械加工中出现的冷裂纹,是由于淬硬组织、氢和应力共同作用的结果,金属晶粒中位错的存在,将三个因素联系了起来。加工中严格控制氢的含量,是直接和有效防止冷裂纹产生的手段。
Cold crack, which appears in machining, is resulted from interactions of hardening organization, hydrogen and stress. All factors are connected by dislocation of metal grain. It's an effective method for preventing from cold crack to control quantity of hydrogen.
