摘要
根据热循环离子渗氮(INTC)过程渗层生长动力学特性和表面相组分的变化规律,分析了辉光放电等离子体对热循环渗氮的增强作用,提出了循环变温过程相的脱溶和离子轰击形成的表面γ'相导致内扩散速度加快的机制,指出INTC的深层快渗效果系集离子渗氮与热循环渗氮二者之长所致.
The boost acting of the plasma formed by a glow discharge technique on the hastening nitriding caused by thermal cycle was analysed, and the accelerating mechanism of internal diffusion due to ion bombardment, a precipitation from ε-phase and the formation ofγ'--phase at surface layer during ion nitriding by thermal cycle(INTC)were elucidated on thebases of the kinetics character of nitrided case growth as well as the change law of phases configuration at surface layer. It is pointed out that because of the fact that INTC has both excellence of ion nitriding and the hastening penetrating caused by thermal cycle, the effect ofquick nitriding can be achieved.
