摘要 有效教学是课堂教学探究的核心主题。"外教社杯"全国高校外语教学大赛为充分展示外语教学创新实践、深入推进有效教学研究提供了多维互动平台。本文从对话哲学视角对大赛教学的本体功能及其首要关切"有效教学"进行新的意义阐释与价值重构,以期从认识论上加强大赛教学对常态教学的辐射力度,为探索有中国特色的外语教学与教师专业发展提供方法论参考。 To promote teaching effectiveness, which remains the primary concern of curriculum development in the classroom context, the SFLEP National Foreign Language Teaching Contest has built a multi-dimensional dialogue platform for creative EFL teaching practice and effective teaching research. This paper attempts to make a functional analysis of the teaching contest per se and reconstruct the value of teaching effectiveness in the light of dialogical philosophy. It is expected to deepen EFL teachers' understanding of teaching in the regular classroom, and provide them with new ways of professional development in China's EFL teaching context.
