摘要
采用正向挤压法分别对铸态及锻态纯钛坯料进行挤压对比试验,研究了经两种不同方式处理的坯料对挤压棒材组织及性能的影响。结果表明,铸态挤压坯料有粗大的柱状晶,金属协调变形性差,挤压后棒材表面质量较差且有连续的沟槽等缺陷;经过锻造的挤压坯料具有等轴组织,变形时金属流动更加均匀,挤压后的棒材表面光滑平整,力学性能优良。
In this paper , pure titanium casting ingots and forged billets are extruded into rods .And the effects of billets treatement on the microstructure and properties of extruded products were studied .The results show that because of the bulky columnar grains in the casting ingots microstructure and poor coordination of the metal flow deformation during extruding , the surface quality of the extruded products are poor and there are folding grooves on the surface .How-ever, the forged billets has equiaxed grain and more uniform metal flow during extruding , and the extruded products has smooth surface and excellent mechanical properties .
