摘要
设计AZ63镁阳极平面分流模具,布置其挤压工艺参数窗口,成形了直径为26.7mm、内部嵌有钢芯(直径为3.4mm)、截面为圆形的AZ63棒状镁牺牲阳极,研究了均匀化退火工艺对镁阳极的挤压变形行为的影响和挤压阳极的电化学性能。结果表明,采用3个呈对称分布的锥度斜孔对挤压坯料分流,在圆柱形的挤压腔中被焊合,可实现均匀化退火的AZ63镁阳极挤压成形;采用较低挤压速度可获得表面成形良好,形状误差较小的镁合金阳极棒;挤压变形后,阳极棒的电流效率和开路电位比铸态的电流效率和开路电位明显提高。
AZ63 magnesium plain divergent extrusion mould was designed,and processing parameters window was presented to extrude rod-like magnesium sacrificial anode with diameter of 26.7mm and inner diameter of the embedded steel bar of 3.4mm.Effects of homogenizing annealing treatment on the extrusion behavior and the characteristics of the magnesium sacrificial anode were investigated.It is shown that the plasticized extrusion billet can be diverged by three fanning tapered divergent orifices symmetrically distributed and be welded in the extrusion channel to form the homogenizing annealed AZ63 magnesium anode.The defect-free AZ63 magnesium anode with smaller shape error can be obtained by using the lower extrusion speed.Compared with those of the as-cast AZ63 magnesium anode,the current efficiency and open potential of the extruded AZ63 magnesium anode are improved greatly.
