摘要 研究Al对8Nb-TiAl合金实际凝固路径的影响,可以为高Nb-TiAl合金的非平衡凝固研究奠定一定的理论和实验基础。文章采用熔模铸造和离心铸造相结合的方法制备了不同Al原子百分数的8Nb-TiAl合金,通过XRD、SEM等方法表征组织结构,研究了Al对8Nb-TiAl合金凝固组织及凝固路径的影响。结果表明:不同Al原子百分数的8Nb-TiAl合金相主要由α2和γ两相组成,随着Al的增加,合金组织由板条和细针状演化为近片层组织,且βo相的分布形态由枝晶边缘富集转变为枝晶内的网络状分布;使用软件计算得到平衡相图,结合实验给出了不同Al原子百分数时8Nb-TiAl合金的实际凝固路径。 The effect of Al on the solidification route of 8Nb-TiAl alloy was studied,which can lay a theoretical and experimental foundation for the study of nonequilibrium phase transition of high Nb-containing TiAl alloys.Effects of Al on the solidification structure and solidification route of 8Nb-TiAl alloy prepared by the combination of investment casting and centrifugal casting and tested by characterization methods such as XRD and SEM were analyzed in this paper.The results show that 8Nb-TiAl alloys with different Al atomic percent have identical phase composition which mainly includesα2 andγphases,and the structure of 8Nb-TiAl alloys transforms from acicular and platelet to near lamellar with the increase of Al.The distributional morphology ofβo phase transforms from enrichment in a dendritic edge to network state in a dendritic crystal with the increase of Al.Based on phase diagram calculated by software,solidification route of the 8Nb-TiAl alloy with different Al atomic percent was presented.
