摘要
食品微生物学是食品科学与工程专业学生的一门专业基础课,该课程的学习使本专业学生对相关专业课的理解和学习具有重要的作用。笔者根据近年来在该课程教学过程中的探索实践经验,对食品科学与工程专业的食品微生物学课程内容设置、教学方法、考试模式等方面提出一些建议,以提高本专业学生的微生物学学习质量,为本专业学生对相关专业课的学习以及就业工作奠定良好基础。
"Food Microbiology" is a major basic course for food science and engineering specialty, which is of great importance for the students to learn other related major courses well. Accord-ing to experience of "Food Microbiology" teaching in recent years, the curriculum content setting, teaching methods and ex-amination model of this course would be discussed with the aim to improve the teaching quality of"Food Microbiology"and pave a fundamental way for the learning of other related major courses and their future career.
