摘要
以谷朊粉为原料,利用湿法纺丝方法制备再生蛋白质纤维。讨论了剪切速率、还原剂用量、静置时间、静置温度对纺丝液黏度的影响,以及交联处理时柠檬酸浓度、时间、温度、pH对纤维拉仲性能的影响。结果表明,当纺丝液还原剂用量为0.9%~1.1%(w/w),静置温度为20~25℃、静置时间为24~30h,纺丝液表观黏度在120~125Pa·s范围内,能够纺制性能较好的纤维;谷朊纤维经柠檬酸溶液交联处理后,拉伸力学性能提高,在浓度0.9mol/L、温度50℃、pH9,时间2.5h条件下处理后的纤维断裂强度最高。谷朊纤维可潜在应用于生物医疗、纺织等领域。
The regenerated protein fibers from gluten were prepared by wet spinning method. The effects of shear rate, concentration of reducing agent and aging condition on the apparent viscosity of the spinning solutions and the effects of cross-linking conditions on tensile properties of the gluten fibers were discussed. The results showed that the spinning solutions with the reducing agent concentration of 0.9~1.1% (w/w) and after aging at 20~25℃ for 24~30 h had the apparent viscosity between 120 and 125Pa ·s,which could be used to prepare gluten fibers with good tensile properties. The gluten fibers after being treated with citric acid solution had better breaking tenacities. The gluten fibers treated in citric acid cross-linking solution with citric acid concentration of 0.9M at pH 9 and 50℃ for 2.5h obtained the best breaking tenacities. The fibers can be applied to biomedical,textile and other fields.
