摘要
目的探讨分化抑制因子-1(Id-1)和血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测50例卵巢上皮癌、45例良性卵巢肿瘤及15例正常卵巢组织中Id-1和HO-1的表达。结果卵巢癌组织中Id-1和HO-1的阳性表达率明显增高,与良性卵巢瘤组织比较,差异有显著性(χ2=17.083、6.838,P〈0.05);与卵巢正常组织比较,差异有显著性(χ2=31.097、27.444,P〈0.05)。Id-1、HO-1在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达与术前CA125水平、病理分级和淋巴结转移密切相关(χ2=4.678-7.739,P〈0.05)。卵巢上皮癌组织中Id-1和HO-1的表达呈正相关(r=0.390,P〈0.05)。结论 Id-1和HO-1的高表达在卵巢上皮癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of inhibitor of differentiation protein 1(Id-1)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)in tissue of epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC)and their correlation with clinicopathological parameters. Methods The expressions of Id-1and HO-1were determined by immunohistochemical SP method in 50 cases of EOC,45 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 15 cases of normal ovarian tissue. Results The positive rate of Id-1and HO-1in EOC tissue markedly elevated,the differences were significant as compared with benign ovarian tumors(χ2=17.083,6.838;P〈0.05)and normal ovarian tissue(χ2=31.097,27.444;P〈0.05).The expressions of Id-1and HO-1in EOC were associated with the levels of CA125 before surgery,pathology grading and 1ymph node metastasis(χ2=4.678-7.739,P〈0.05).The expression of Id-1in tissue of EOC was positively correlated with HO-1(r=0.390,P〈0.05). Conclusion The high expressions of Id-1and HO-1play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of EOC.
