不同发病年龄特发性震颤患者的临床特征对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较不同发病年龄特发性震颤患者的临床特征。方法将特发性震颤患者分为两组,早发型50例,晚发型72例。应用震颤评分标准进行震颤程度评分,应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和简易智能量表(MMSE)进行抑郁及认知功能障碍评分,分析两组患者临床特征的差异。结果两组患者在性别、病程、家族史、震颤程度评分、MMSE评分等方面差异均无显著性。早发型患者4%头部震颤,晚发型为33.3%,两组比较差异有显著性。早发型患者的HAMD评分为16.2±9.4,晚发型患者的HAMD评分为11.6±8.3,两组比较差异有显著性。结论不同发病年龄的特发性震颤患者具有不同的临床特征。头部震颤多见于晚发型患者,早发型患者很少出现头部震颤,但多存在抑郁症状。
