摘要
目的:探讨抗阻力训练治疗特发性震颤的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年3月就诊笔者所在医院的80例特发性震颤患者作为研究对象,随机将所选患者分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组采用抗阻力训练,对照组采用普萘洛尔进行治疗。对比分析两组治疗前后的震颤评分、临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组治疗后震颤评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗阻力训练治疗能有效改善特发性震颤患者的震颤症状,其临床疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of resistance training in the treatment of essential tremor.Method:A total of 80 patients with essential tremor in in the authors’hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in both groups.The observation group was treated with resistance training,and the control group was treated with Propranolol.The tremor score before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The tremor score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resistance training can effectively improve the tremor symptoms of patients with essential tremor.It has definite clinical effect,less adverse reactions and high safety.
