摘要
本文介绍了IMD发展概况及市场需求情况、技术定义、技术特点、产品技术优势及产品技术应用。比较了IMD技术中关键原材料薄膜基材的性能,阐述了IMD用硬化膜的性能要求和现有技术发展。研究了各组分对IMD用光固化可拉伸硬化膜性能的影响,研究发现:低官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯主体树脂和高官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯主体树脂相互配合使用,低官单体和高官单体配合使用,且体系中主体树脂和单体比例一定范围内,并添加定量的流平剂,控制涂层厚度,可制得性能良好的可拉伸硬化膜,硬化膜兼具硬度和延展性,表面彩虹纹不明显。
Development situation, market demand, technical definition, technical features, technical advan- rage and product technology application for In-Mould Decoration (IMD) technology were introduced. The performances of key raw material film substrate for IMD technology were compared, and the requirements of the hard coat film used for IMD were elaborated. The influences of each component on the performance of UV cured stretchable hard coat film used for IMD were studied. The results show that, when both of low functionality and high functionality of polyurethane acrylate, both of low functionality and high functionality of monomer were used in conjunction with each other, and main resin and monomer ratio of the the system was controlled within a certain range, and adding quantitative leveling agent, the thickness of the coating was controlled, thus UV cured stretchable hard coat film with good performance could be prepared, which possess hardness and ductility performance at the same time, and the rainbow phenomenon of the film surface is not obvious.
