摘要
以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TD I)、聚醚Ng 210和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,制得不含或含少量有机溶剂的水性聚氨酯乳液,研究了NCO/OH的摩尔比、DMPA含量等对水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响。结果表明,当NCO∶OH(摩尔比)=2.5∶1,DMPA=5%时,乳液性能最佳。
Water-borne polyurethane emulsion was prepared from polyether polyoal, tolylene dissocyanate (TDI) ,2,2-dimethyopropionic acid(DMPA) and so on. The influences of nNCO: nOH and the amount of DMPA on the mechanical properties of polyurethane emulsion were studied. The results show that the performances of emulsion is optimum when the mole ratio of NCO/OH is 2.5:1 and the amount of DMPA is 5%.
