双螺杆泵螺杆成形铣刀结构设计

摘要 介绍了双螺杆泵螺杆成形铣刀的结构原理,通过已知的铣刀轴截面廓形,提出了基于Matlab和Pro/E软件的可转位成形铣刀设计方法,利用Matlab软件对铣刀廓形进行廓形拟合,计算刀片槽位置坐标,利用Pro/E软件建立可转位成形铣刀的三维模型,以简化建模过程,提高建模效率,并成功应用于双螺杆泵螺杆成形铣刀的设计。 This article introduces the principle of structural of formed milling cutter of twin-screw pump's screw.The design method of indexable milling cutter is proposed based on Matlab and Pro/E software by known axis section outline of the milling cutter.The profile of the cutter is fit with Matlab software,and the position coordinate of the cutter blade is calculated.In order to simplify process and improve efficiency,three-dimen-sional model of indexable milling cutter is established with PRO/E software,and the model has been successful-ly applied to designing formed milling cutter of twin-screw pump's screw.
