摘要
在利用MATLAB和Pro/E对椭圆齿轮进行参数化混合建模的基础上,将其导入机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS中,并在ADAMS里建立起一对椭圆齿轮互相啮合的虚拟样机模型,对其啮合过程进行仿真分析。通过对仿真结果和理论数据的分析比较,验证了基于MATLAB和Pro/E的参数化椭圆齿轮设计方法的可行性。
By using the MATLAB and Pro/E,the parameterized hybrid model of elliptical gear was set up,then it was imported into the mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS.The virtual prototype model of a pair of meshing elliptical gears was established in ADAMS,and the meshing process was simulated.Through analysis and comparison of simulation results and theoretical data,the feasibility of parametric design method based on MATLAB and Pro/E for elliptical gear was verified.
