摘要
提出了基于离散点的双螺杆泵螺杆端面截形的计算方法,建立了已知铣刀廓形离散点数据计算由其加工的螺杆端面截形的数学模型.采用三次参数样条法计算铣刀廓形离散点的倾斜角,利用Matlab软件对截形设计过程中遇到的非线性方程进行求解.分别以完整的铣刀廓形和缺损的铣刀廓形为例,进行计算说明,求解相应的双螺杆泵螺杆端面截形.
A new method of calculation on discrete points of transverse profile of twin-screw pump's screw is presented. The mathematical mode of transverse profile of workpiece is established when the discrete points of cutter profile are given. Calcu- late slope angle of each discrete point of milling cutter by adopting cubic parametric spline mtehod. Solve nonlinear equation by Matlab software in the process of designing transverse profile. Taking example of complete and defective profile of milling cutter, carry out calculating in order to solve corresponding profile of transverse of twin-screw pump's screw.
