摘要
目的:探讨高校护理专业学生的专业认同的现状和特点。方法:采用问卷调查法对某医科院校的护理专业学生进行调查分析,并结合实际情况对教育工作者提出建议。结果:高校护生在对护理专业的认识上认为专业技能操作是最重要的,而对护理专业的前途没有过高的期望,护理学生的专业认同存在着个体差异。结论:护理学生的专业认同有其特有的特点,建议教育工作者重视学生专业认同方面的教育和引导,提高护理专业学生的学习兴趣。
To explore the nursing students′professional identification status and characteristics. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to study in the college nursing students. Results:College nursing students considered that the professional skill was the most important,and the nursing pro-fessional career did not expect too much. There were individual differences among nursing students′ professional identification. Conclusion:College nursing students′professional identification has its unique characteristics. Suggest that educators attach importance to students′professional identification aspects of education and guidance,improve nursing students learning interest.
