高水平大学毕业生高端就业市场的建设是提升高水平大学人才培养质量的需要,也是实现大学毕业生人力资源合理配置的必然要求。基于市场营销学的相关理论,高水平大学毕业生高端就业市场的建设、要突显人才培养特色、突显学生为本的要义、突显大学的国家责任,注重差异化竞争战略和整体性实施策略。高水平大学要充分考虑影响高端就业市场定位的诸多要素,有针对性地进行毕业生就业市场建设,大力提升人才培养质量,促进毕业生高质量就业。
The construction of the high-end employment market of the high level university graduates isbased on the demands of improving the quality of talent development in the high level universities and therequirements of realizing the rational allocation of university graduates. Based on related theories in marketing, theconstruction of the high-end employment market of the high level university graduates in engineering programsneeds to highlight the feature of talent development and the state responsibility of the university, emphasize thestudent-orientated principle ,pay attention to the differentiation competitive and overall strategy. Accordingly ,thehigh level universities need to do the targeted employment market-construction of university graduates accordingto the impact of the various elements of high-end employment market ,vigorously improve the quality of talentdevelopment, and promote the high-quality employment of university graduates.
