摘要
现阶段我国经济文化迅速发展,为了满足社会的需求,各大高等院校开始扩招,高校的生源质量是影响学生就业情况的重要问题,就业难已经成为社会广泛关注的问题,针对该现象,本文将从影响高校生源质量因素、就业质量现状及存在的问题、国内外大学生就业启示、综合改进措施四方面探讨高校生源质量控制和就业形势两者之间的关系。
At this stage, China＇s economy and culture has beendeveloping rapidly. In order to meet the needs of the society, majorcolleges and universities have begun enrollment expansion.The quality of student sources at colleges and universities is animportant issue that affects students＇ employment. Employmentdifficulties have become a problem of widespread social concern.This paper discusses the relationship between the source qualitycontrol and employment situation of university students in suchfour aspects as the factors influencing the quality of universitystudent sources, the status quo and problems of their employmentquality, the employment enlightenment of domestic and foreignuniversity students, and comprehensive improvement measures.
