摘要
在给定供应链合作伙伴选择指标体系的基础上,提出基于熵权的TOPSIS供应链合作伙伴选择方法,该方法对指标中的主观指标与客观指标的熵权进行计算,并在计算主观指标熵权时引入了度量犹豫度的参数,提高了对主观指标评价的准确性,然后通过给出主观指标和客观指标的权数确定各个指标的最终权值,在此基础上建立逼近理想解的排序方法的评价模型,从而实现对供应链中各合作伙伴的评价并从中选择出最优的合作伙伴。
In this paper, on the basis of a given supply chain partner selection index system, we proposed a supply chain partner selection method based on the entropy-weighted TOPSIS process. Next we introduced the working mechanism and procedure of the method and demonstrated its effectiveness.
