供应商的选择在供应管理中有着举足轻重的地位,它直接决定了整个链条的竞争能力,于是选择合适的供应商就成了现代企业发展战略的一个重要组成部分。只有在科学的评价指标体系和评价方法的指导下,企业才能做出科学合理的决策。为此,我们给出了一个选择供应商的指标评价体系和评价方法——利用Vague综合评判。
The supplier selection management takes a very important role in SCM,further more it directly determines the competition capabilities of the whole chain. So one of the modern company strategies is how to take a appropriate supplier. The scientific decision comes from two elements-a scientific evaluation system and a reasonable evaluation method. According to this,we give an evaluation system and a vague synthesis evaluation method.
