摘要
本实验建立了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定饲料中砷的方法,并对分析条件包括介质酸度、硼氢化钾浓度和载气流速等进行优化。在优化条件下,砷的检测限为0.04 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为95.8%~99.7%,此方法可用于饲料中砷的测定。
The determination of arsenic in feed by the atomic fluorescence spectrometry was investigated.Optimum working conditions of the instrument were studied,including flow rate of carrier gas,concentration of potassium tetrahydroborate solution and acidity of sample solution.Under the optimum condition,the detection limit of arsenic was 0.04 ng/mL,and recovery was in the range of 95.8% ~ 99.7%.The method could apply in the determination of arsenic in feed successfully.
