摘要
目的硒作为人和动物生长发育的必需的微量元素,影响了动物的消化系统,探讨雏鸡肝脏硒含量的检测方法。从而为硒缺乏的测定,为以后的科研实验做充分准备。方法以雏鸡为实验动物,应用原子荧光吸收法测量雏鸡全血及肝脏中的硒含量。建立低硒雏鸡模型。结果第3天试验组血浆及肝脏组织的硒含量明显减少,并且缺硒组7 d、14 d血浆与肝脏硒含量依次递减。正常组雏鸡血硒及肝脏内硒含量正常。由此结果可确定低硒雏鸡模型复制成功。结论结果表明氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定雏鸡血浆与肝脏中硒含量具有精确、灵敏、干扰小、成本低等优点。
Objective To investigate the detection method of selenium in chicken liver.Methods Atomic fluorescence absorption was used to measure selenium content in chicks plasma and liver,and low selenium chicks model was set up.Results At the third day,the selenium content of plasma and liver tissue of experimental group were decreased significantly;and at 7th,14th day,the selenium contents of selenium deficiency group were reduced in plasma and liver.The selenium contents in the liver and blood of normal group were normal.The low selenium chicks model was copied successfully.Conclusions The determination of selenium contents in chicken blood and liver by hy-dride atomic fluorescence spectrometry has advantages of accuracy,sensitivity,interference and low cost.
